It is really sad to drive around Springfield and see the old trees down like this. These pics were taken during the earlier part of the storm. I need to get some more current ones today. The ice was beautiful, but the damage that came with it is terrible. There are still so many people without power, and no real hope of having it restored quickly.

Love the pictures! The one with the swing is awesome. I've got to get out and take some soon, before it melts.
I wish I had the energy to get out and take some pictures. I too love the one of the swing. Still none at our house but after 7 days, I think I may be getting used to it. The pics are great. I have decided to do a layout of my ice pictures and the title will be "sNOw more fun!"
